Who is this program for?

Anyone experiencing information overload about their health and want to know what is right for them uniquely. People who are ready to make a change and want to have support with making those changes last.

What are the expectations at the end of this process?
Our patients experience a sense of control over their diet. They feel confident in their health and what is right for them, release their cravings, and are more at ease in the store and home when making food choices.
What happens at each session?
We review your current diet, talk about expectations for what the next few months will look like, and set a sustainable food budget (i.e. Whole Foods vs. Aldi’s). You are then enrolled in our nutritional support programs which include online meetings through zoom with other members. We also utilize the Marco Polo App and texting.
During this session, you will learn what you need to eliminate to jumpstart a successful diet. We discuss good fats to stock, snacks to get rid of, and organization tips that support a successful and long-lasting routine.
It's time to review your lab results! This session involves a recap of your initial diet and the changes you've implemented. You will see first-hand how your body is responding to specific foods.
If you are local, this session is conducted in person. If the session is remote, we take a deep dive on label reading, provide specific guidelines for things to look for in your local store or online ordering, introduce you to new products, and many other tips.
This session is all about YOU. Everyone is different, not all diets work for every person. This session is specifically set up to tweak and adjust YOUR plan for YOUR specific needs.
